Certified creditworthiness: PKM receives top rating in the Creditreform
PKM Packaging GmbH can now prove that they can be relied upon. The company was assessed by the Creditreform credit agency and received the results of this certification at the end of April 2019: PKM achieved an excellent index value of 193, which confirms that the company is very creditworthy. The scale at Creditreform goes from 100 to 600, with 100 being outstanding and 600 insufficient.
This good assessment is based not least on the positive development the company made since Managing Director Deniz Cevikalp took over PKM Packaging GmbH in 2011. At that time, PKM had 49 employees and an annual turnover of €5 million, today it’s 65 employees and €10 million turnover! And this trend is by no means finished – the company can and wants to grow even more.
Several additional criteria are also included in the certification which assess how reliable PKM is as a business partner. For example, how promptly the company pays bills and repays loans plays a role, as does how good the order situation is and what the prognosis for the further business development is. This means that the certification is a valuable proof of creditworthiness for business partners – something which is becoming increasingly important, especially in international business.
Managing Director Cevikalp describes the achieved index value of 193 as “a result that we can be proud of”. It also improves the company’s position in negotiations for upcoming multi-million Euro projects. “For PKM, this means that we can prove to potential large customers that we are capable of extensive projects. They can trust us and our performance.”
